Delivery Policy

Once your payment has cleared our secure Payment Gateway (Barclays ePDQ or PayPal), and subject to availability, any ordered items will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the customer during the checkout process within 2 working days. We cannot accept liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to incorrect customer addresses.

All our orders are sent Free of Charge by Royal Mail or courier to the UK mainland. Should you wish to have your items sent by 1st class post within the UK, we can offer this at a cost of £1 per item. Please note, this option is currently only available when you order via our Helpline.

If you are ordering outside of the UK mainland then there is an additional postage charge. The charges we apply are £2 per item to orders within Europe, and £3 per item to orders anywhere else in the world. Please note, these costs are subject to change without advance notice.

Once the items have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the postal or courier services, but if your item has not arrived after the specified time period, please do contact us.

Expected delivery times:
UK: Up to 5 working days
Europe: Up to 10 working days
Rest of the world: Up to 6 weeks

Returns and Replacements Policy:

Should any item ordered not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the items for a full refund, or an exchange for a product of the equivalent value, within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us to discuss the return of the products.

Any items returned must be received in a resalable condition, unless damage or faults have previously been discussed with us, for a refund or exchange to be approved.

If you need to return any items after 30 days, we reserve the right to examine the products before agreeing to a refund or exchange.

Should any of our materials prove defective (excluding normal wear and tear) please contact us to arrange for a return and replacement of the faulty product. In the vast majority of cases, we are happy to replace faulty items free of charge.

Should you have accidentally been sent an incorrect item, e.g. the wrong version of a book, then we will of course replace this item immediately, free of charge.

Please note, if you are returning the ordered items for any reason other than damage or faults, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the items.

Note on donations:
Under the UK charity law, we are unable to refund donations or payments made towards Partnerships, except in extenuating circumstances. Should you have processed a donation or made a payment towards a Partnership in error, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the error to discuss the possibility of refunding or re-allocating your donation. The Charities Act 2011 can be found here.
