  1. Must be a dedicated believer in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  2. Must have a background in HR, Admin and /or Executive PA. On the job experience is preferred.
  3. Must understand, or have the willingness and ability to learn, HR policies within the UK. 
  4. Must have good communication skills and work well with other people.
  5. Must be familiar with Office 365 or have the ability to learn.
  6. Must have an eye for detail and be able to take direction from their line manager.

To assist in all human resource initiatives for AWME & Charis Bible College, including staff and volunteer training, record keeping, adherence to policies and procedures, disciplinary actions when necessary.

Perform general administrative tasks and office management duties for the Managing Director (MD) and their line manager as required.

  1. Ensure the accuracy of information filed for each employee/volunteer.
  2. Assist in and train employees/volunteers in any HR related initiatives, assist in enforcing adherence to all policies and procedures established by AWME and World Outreach.
  3. Assist in communication with staff, including training, meetings, emails, and all other forms of communication.
  4. Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  6. Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points as required.

  1. Review employee/volunteer files, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.
  2. Communicate with and train employees/volunteers on any changes in employee responsibilities and benefits as and when required.
  3. Understand, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures established by AWME and World Outreach with employees/volunteers as required. This includes communication of any policy changes.
  4. Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes as required.
  5. Plan and deliver staff training as and when required, including HR inductions for new staff.
  6. Attend performance reviews as and when required, maintaining records and reviewing training plans.
  7. Assist in grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  8. Assist in recruitment of staff by ensuring new staff have relevant job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking applications, shortlisting, communicating with candidates, interviewing and participating in selection process of candidates as required.
  9. Arrange, attend and monitor exit interviews when required.
  10. Assist in employee queries on pay and other remuneration issues.
  11. Assist in monthly payroll preparation and communicate the relevant information to the AWME payroll provider.
  12. Update and maintain employee records, including the authorisation and recording of staff holidays, sickness periods and other staff absences.
  13. Organise cards, vouchers and ministry gifts for staff anniversaries.
  14. Communicate with staff, inform them of notices, policies, procedures, meetings, any HR changes, etc. as required.
  15. Take notes of HR and other meetings as required.
  16. Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics as required.
  17. Read, research and route correspondence, draft letters and documents, collect and analyse information as tasked.
  18. Ensure familiarity with basic employment law changes.
  19. When tasked, manage MD’s calendar, arrange appointments and travel.
  20. Prepare reports, presentations and other documents for the MD and their line manager as tasked.
  21. Organise business meetings, take minutes, follow up on action points as required by the MD or the line manager.

The Human Resources (HR) & Admin Assistant will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the Staff Handbook. They will:
  • Maintain a professional relationship with each of their colleagues while operating within the scope of their positions.
  • Attend meetings, training programmes, presentations, conferences and social events on behalf of AWME as required and represent the Ministry in line with the vision and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  • Comply with all AWME Health & Safety procedures.
  • Comply with all AWME Data Protection procedures.
  • Adhere to the Statement of Faith, Statement of Godly Living and to the Ethos Statement of AWME/Charis.
  • Carry out any such additional duties as required by the company from time to time to meet the business needs.
The post-holder will work in a Christian environment and will handle Christian materials and products, therefore must be a committed Christian who is completely in sympathy with the calling and mission of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. To ensure the records of Partners, Ministers and Alumni are maintained and administered to a high standard.

  1. Ensure all Partnerships records are entered, checked and processed to a high standard.
  2. Ensure all Minister relations records are entered, checked and processed to a high standard.
  3. Ensure all Alumni records are entered, checked and processed to a high standard.
  4. Ensure the reporting (written) of all relevant administrative duties to their line of accountability on a regular basis.
  5. Ensure all orders are handled and any relevant orders are sent to the proper department for fulfilment.


  1. Ensure all new and existing Partnerships are entered onto Dimensions, AWMPass and the relevant payment gateways (e.g. Barclaycard ePDQ) are held to a high standard.
  2. Ensure all Partner, Minister and Alumni Relations administration tasks are actioned in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  3. Report on a consistent basis to their line of accountability, ensuring clarity and transparency in reporting.
  4. Follow all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
  5. Handle any relevant Partner, Minister and Alumni gifts requested either by internal departments or by the relevant Partner, Minister or Alumni contact.
  6. Maintain Partner, Minister and Alumni records on Dimensions and AWMPass.
  7. Process and answer email enquiries.
  8. Reply to written requests.
  9. Make outboard administrative telephone calls to Partners, Ministers and Alumni.
  10. Assist at Partner, Minister and Alumni specific events.
  11. Liaise with other departments to gather required information.
  12. Cover other roles in the department as required due to absences.
  13. Keep up to date with all ministry information.
