Jamie and I want to welcome you to join us in Buxton, in the beautiful Peak District of England for our annual ministers and leaders’ conference. Our conferences are not like many others—their purpose is not teaching techniques, giving ‘lists’ and learning leadership skills, but developing YOU, giving you refreshing time with God, your spouse, time to meet new colleagues, to encourage one another, to help one another, develop divinely destined relationships. What you ARE is more important than what you DO

We are excited about the conference this year. It is going to be an awesome time of encouragement, growth, and inspiration—as well as good food, fun and fellowship!  We know that those who came in previous years had a wonderful time and we believe that God never serves dessert first!!

Who Can Come?

While the conference is primarily aimed at those in church or ministry leadership, this year we will consider other applications, pending room availability.  Booking priority will be give to those in leadership, but then available places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Final confirmations will be given after September 1st 2009. (Deposits will be refunded if we are unable to accommodate you).

Prices
Standard Room (inc Breakfast/Dinner) - £240 per person
Premium Rooms (inc Breakfast/Dinner) - £320 per person
Day Rate Attendees (no meals) - £30 per day per person

Please note that this year there will be an additional fee for single occupancy of twin/double rooms.  If you were coming alone, why not consider bringing a friend or sharing a room. Single rooms no longer available!!

Sunday Special
Want to arrive early? We have negotiated a special rate for Sunday the 18th October Bed + Breakfast of £75 per room (or £50 per single room)

Payment Options
£50 Non refundable Deposit required per person, per room at time of booking. Full payment due before 1st September 2009
Instalment plans are available on request.

Refund Policy

Deposits are not refundable (unless we are unable to accommodate you) additional payments will be refunded providing that cancellation is given prior to September 1st
